"An inspiring vacation in Northland, New Zealand"
Ninety
Mile Beach Lodge - Taharangi Marie is a unique luxury
bed & breakfast nestled amongst the sand dunes of 90 Mile Beach,
Northland. This beautiful
piece of northern paradise is an excellent location for
discovering the beauty of Northland.
Set in splendid and serene isolation, Ninety Mile Beach
Lodge offers its guests a wonderful opportunity
to enjoy the natural environment and resources of the
Northland area of New Zealand whilst on vacation.
If you enjoy fishing on vacation, Northland in New Zealand
is a perfect destination. Your host, Ron, is a keen fisherman
and can help you find the best places to fish. Ron and
wife, Connie, often invite guests to eat fresh seafood,
caught from their boat, the Ugly Duckling 2 off New Zealand’s
Northland coast. Their catches may include such delicacies
as paua, kina (sea eggs), scallops, snapper, tuatua, oyster
and mussels.
Memories shared and tales told by the fireside will really
make your Northland vacation in New Zealand a special
one to remember. From Connie, you can learn all about
the history, culture and religion of the Maori tribes
of Northland, New Zealand - Connie is of Maori descent,
of the Nga Puhinuitonu of Nga Puhi and of the Ngati Wairere
from the Waikato. You can also find out about modern day
Maoridom in New Zealand’s Northland and local activities
such as the waka ama (boat races) and the great 90 Mile
Beach Challenge.
Northland in New Zealand is a wonderful part of the country
and a vacation at Ninety Mile Beach Lodge, hosted by Ron
and Connie, is a great way to learn about the area from
the locals.
We hope that much of what you remember as special about
90 Mile beach will be your stay at Ninety Mile Beach
Lodge - Taharangi Marie

A
very wise friend told us once that a great life is not the

You both did that for 2 glorious days. Thank you so much for
